Sad to say that the Jungleland Compound is no longer in Thousand Oaks, Calif. It was demolished many years ago. The only thing left are memories of great animal trainers and where movies were made. There was one other thing……….. A great place to winter.

This Jungleland brochure was given out to the public and also used as a mailer in 1967. The Rulte brothers from Germany leased Jungleland from Louis Goebel after Jimmy Woods and Roy Kabat went into bankruptcy. As time passed and attendance worsened Junleland painfully faded away,

I personally DO NOT believe in chain link arenas. It is just to easy for a cat or bear to climb out of, even with a barrier net at the top.
