This is what I call papering! Thanks Dan for the great photo. I am quiet sure the circus blogers will enjoy it. I am guessing the photo was taken in the mid 1930’s. It reads on the posters the town they are playing,,,, Lynchburg.

It is said that since 1915 there has not been a season without a Hanneford appearing in one or in part of a leading American circus including their own shows.  “Poodles Hanneford” is the third from the left, His mother is standing to his left.
