This shot was taken at the Red Skelton studio just before her performance with Mr. Skelton. 1957?. During the 1950’s and early 1960’s my mother performed on every major TV show in Los Angles.

Toni Madison was my mothers stage name. Mary Ann Pearl Henry is her actual name. She took the stage name because all of the Henrys had dog acts, which sometimes confused the theatrical agents. At this time most of the Henrys lived around Los Angeles. This photo was taken in 1955.

There are 5 editorials written by Lowell Parker. I believe written some time in the 1970’s, could be even earlier. I am quite excited about my find or maybe it has no value at all. I will let you be the judge. Please do comment.
