This was a free headstand that Bongie performed. He was an amazing chimp and was so eager to learn. It got to the point where we had too many tricks in the act so we would change the routine every show. Siebrand Bros Circus 1955.

In 1958 I worked in a B film called Magic of Sinbad… it was one of the best experiences of my life. Well maybe. I did all the stunts, had five different acting parts and even while learning I helped do follow focus on the Mitchel cameras. I was paid weekly…….very weakly. I am sure you can find me here in this scene. The year March, 1958.

This was a part in in picture where I was the Kaleife’s court jester. Much to his surprise I was one of Sinbad’s men. Soon after a little juggling, the fight scene started and the juggling clubs became my weapon’s. The year 1958.

From left to right……. Gil Gray, Ernest Borgnine, Lou Jacobs, and the fourth person I believe is Chappie Fox. They were celebrating the Old Milwaukee 4th of July parade, one hundred year anniversary. The year of this photo was 1970.
