Photo is from the Carson collection. I remember Slivers and Jo from the Junleland Compound the winter of 1959 or 1960. Sincerely nice people.

Hi I’m Jo Madison’s grand-niece.. they are both unfortunately deceased. They never had children unfortunately also probably because of their lifestyle of traveling to perform. Uncle Slivers and Aunt Jo were the kindest and so much fun to be around. I remember Uncle Slivers when I was younger but my Mom and I did go visit Aunt Jo in Sparks, NV in the early 2000’s and I had the best time!! She was just amazing!!! Thank you everyone who still remembers them and Tina and Bertha..the elephants 💜🐘
