Robbins Bros Circus

It says on the negative envelope of this photo, “air calliope”. I don’t believe so? I think it is a tableau cargo wagon.

Bob Cline it’s up to you.

Bob Cline says it is an air Calliope. Read his comment.

Air Calliope it is. It is now at the Circus World Museum carrying the Cole Bros. title.

Ivan, This is actually the same wagon that you have posted about six photos sooner with the vertical pipes on it. When the CWM obtained this wagon, it was on the ground in Rochester being used as a coal storage unit. There was no air calliope unit in it anymore and there was no undercarriage left. What is at Circus World Museum now is completely rebuilt except for maybe some steel pieces like mud rings or such.
