I am trying to track down the circus that my grandfather worked for in the 1920s. His name was Leo Joseph Northart and he was an “advance man” for a circus on the East Coast, that spent at least some time in Florida. I don’t have any other information because he divorced my grandmother when my father was a baby. Is there a resource where I might find circuses that traveled the East Coast during this time, and also find lists of employees?
