Gil Gray Circus 1963, Dallas, Texas. State Fair. The circus was sponsored by Frito Lay. This was the only time the Gil Gray circus was in a big top. The leopards were owned by Gil and as Lee puts it, he was roped into working the act.

Hi, while I was manager of the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville, Ky I was inspired by Gil Gray’s circus at the State Fair of Texas. Gil introduced me to Grace McIntosh, who was a flyer and involved in Shrine Circus in Michigan.

We are creating a website and I am including memories of Grace and others.

Do you have any iinfo on Grace and her passing?

Grace Mcintosh is alive and well, 98 years old. I see her regularly. We are going through her photo albums and putting together her story for our museum to be.
Grace has fond memories of shows in Louisville, and photos.
I will be glad to pass your name and contact information to Grace.

When did Gil Gray pass, what was his wife name and how many children did he have? Did he live in Texas?
