I do notice that there are differences in the ring curbs in these photos. However this can change from season to season and might not help to name the circus.

Bentley Bros. Circus. Jerry Eyestone ringmaster and the man in red George Allen aerialist.
I believe this scow was held in Richmond,CA the early 1990’s was around the time I word with Jerry and George.
