Lou JacobLou Jacobs 1958 ………… Walk around. Every clown had his own gags for their walk around. This portion of the show was important as the clowns would walk the hippodrome doing their funny bits. The prop crew had up to 5 or 7 minutes to set the rings or aerial for next displays. Eyes were so trained on the clowns that the audience paid no attention to the work being done in the arenas. During the circus there may be many walk arounds. It all depended on what was needed.
