I’m looking forward to it. You’ve been in my thoughts. Had a son, Terry, who spent many successful years after becoming a transplant recipient. It wasn’t always easy. Eventually the disease requiring the transplant took its toll, and I had him removed from life support in 1904. I’ve always empathized with Barbara Woodcock who faced a similar situation.

The point here is you can have many successful years. I certainly wish them for you. I also know they may not always be easy.

    Sincerely,
    Billie

Would you possibly have a picture of the Gollmar Brother Circus from back in 1899. They visited New Richmond on June 12,1899. The day New Richmond was hit by a devastating tornado. Would like to use the picture to do a power point slide show- it will be among photos of New Richmond before and after tornado to show school children during our tours in spring and fall- to help tell the story of how New Richmond rebuilt after a devastating tornado.

    Mr. Henry,
I am trying to contact one of your correspondents, Ms. Melanie Wilbur, who claims to be a relative of the ‘Millionaire Clown’ George Hartzell. I am currently working on a book/research project that tangentially involves Mr. Hartzell. If you could give me her email, or send her my email and ask her to contact me I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for any help you can give.
    Sincerely,
    Dr. Brian Regal

    Ivan,

I just ran across your website! Glen Henry was my grandfather and performed in the circus, vaudeville, and rodeos across the country with my grandmother (Ethyl) and my mother (Patty), Aunt (Shirley), Gary and Jimmy (Uncles). As well as my father (Billy Woods). I can remember traveling during the summers with them on a few circuses when I was a young kid.

This a great website full of photos I have never seen before!

I just realize the my uncle (James Edwards Henry) that is one year older that I must have been named after J.E. Henry (assuming that is what the initials stood for).

Anyway, thanks for keeping it up and adding the photos as they are very interesting.

    MIchael
