Billy was one of the most flamboyant performers I have ever known. He was giddy, witty and always fun to be around. In the ring or out he was the center of attraction. The act he did is called cloud swing. It was better than any of the other cloud swing acts I have seen , but he sold his act in way that truly excited the audience. Billy Barton was one of a kind and that’s the way he wanted it.
