Gerard Soules

I do hope I spelled his name correct. I do know it’s Gerard by the size of the blocks on his feet. I am not degrading him for that. He said that he felt more confident. Our conversation took place about 35 years ago. I will say this, he did one fine act.

Please read the comment that Casey just made. Very important

  1. CASEY says:

HE ENDED UP WITH A DOG ACT ie VICTOR JULIAN TYPE. WHICH WAS A TOP NOTCH ACT. HE WAS MURDERED HERE IN LAS VEGAS ABOUT 35 YEARS AGO AND THE GUY THEY CHARGED WITH HIS MURDER WAS SENT TO PRISON FOR LIFE.WAS FOUND HE WAS NOT THE MURDERER AND WAS RELEASED AFTER SERVING OVER 30 YEARS.

  2. Roger Smith says:

He pronounced it “sooles”, and spelled it Soules. If you go online for his murder case, you can find lengthy and exquisite details of his death, the autopsy, and the eventual release of the man wrongfully convicted. The true killer has never been identified, but read this coverage to examine your own theories.

One colorful story held that Gerry’s longtime partner, Caesar, had died, and Gerry wrapped up his body and drove across several state lines for the funeral and interment. This was discovered to be untrue when circus friends chanced across Caesar some 10 years after Gerry’s death. He was working as an artist and living with a new partner, somewhere in Florida.
