We here in the Wright family want to thank Ivan for this Tribute to our great Uncle Jack.

My Father told us stories about Jack and it is good to meet some one else who knew Jack.
My Father was quite the Horseman and taught us kids to rope.
Brother Bob worked as a Cowboy on several Ranches and rode Bulls in Rodeo’s. Cousin Kerry (Owings) Porter was also quite the hand with horses, Barrel Racing and Roping and is now raising Bucking Bulls. I have been known to throw a loop a time or two and have rode a few Bulls. While I was in the Marine Corps I had the privilege of being NCOIC of the Camp Pendleton Base Stables. As you can see we are carrying on Jacks Legacy!

Anyone who knew Jack can contact me through Ivan and this blog and can share “Jack stories” right here on the blog.

Again Thank You Ivan for this Fine and Fitting Tribute to Uncle Jack!

  2. Great post! Just wanted to let you know you have a new subscriber- me!
